Kathy Mann

I’m Kathy Mann, owner of Coldwell Banker CK Mann Realty, and I’ve been proudly serving the Madison community as a real estate broker since 2005. I’m passionate about helping my clients achieve their goals with seamless, successful transactions. With top industry designations like CRS, CIPS, and CLHMS™, I’ve worked hard to gain the expertise needed to guide buyers and sellers through every step of the process.

Before real estate, I served as a second lieutenant in the U.S. Army Reserves and worked as a pediatric oncology and NICU nurse, experiences that shaped my deep commitment to service. In 2018, I was honored as REALTOR® of the Year, and in 2022, I received the Broker of Excellence Award and was inducted into the Coldwell Banker International President’s Circle. I also had the privilege of being the first female African-American President of the Huntsville Area Association of REALTORS® in 2016.
